Reiki Yin

This deeply restorative 90 minute Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner landscape. Through long-held, therapeutic postures, we target the deeper layers of the body — fascia, joints, tendons, and connective tissue — encouraging release and improved energetic flow. As you deepen into each pose, Reiki energy healing is gently offered to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. This subtle yet powerful energy work helps calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and invite a sense of harmony throughout the body and mind. There will also be hands on healing and craniosacral massage techniques offered throughout the class to support release. We end in an extended savasana that will include a guided chakra cleanse meditation. Perfect for all levels, this class is a nurturing space to unwind, restore, and receive.
