Wilson Creek Restoration Go beyond the familiar and discover Bernheim’s backcountry on an engaging hike and van tour led by our Volunteer Naturalists. Travel into remote corners of the forest, including the Wilson Creek restoration area, Eagle Ridge viewpoint, a native canebrake, and future wetland sites, with a stop at the historic Bean House along the way. This adventure offers access to areas only reachable with a guide and includes several short, easy hikes along old wagon roads with minimal elevation change, totaling about 1½ miles of walking. Please bring water and a sack lunch or snacks to enjoy during a break at the Bean House. Bernheim members $15; Non-members $20 Registration required by 4 p.m. the day prior to the program.
