Call for Wood Artisans & Vendors Our vendor/artist application form is open for submissions Application & Approval Required– apply below! WoodFest 2026 will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 11AM – 4PM with a rain date of Sunday, May 3, 2026. Vendors will be able to arrive as early as 9:30AM to begin set-up, vendors will have until 5PM for load-out. WoodFest 2026 aims to create community around all things wood, from fine arts to construction and beyond. Wood crafters, artists, and workers will have space to share their craft and build community with other wood-loving folks. Every year at WoodFest we host live music, wood/nature-based activities/crafts for kids & adults, food, our vendor village, and always have surprises in store! Our annual WoodFest has seen over 350 attendees and we hope to break that record this year. VENDOR REQUIREMENTS Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, tent (with weights), payment processing equipment, etc. BAC will provide a 10’x10′ space and power hook-up for an additional fee (+$10). For individual artists and small businesses (1-10 employees), the cost of tabling is $40. Returning individual/small business vendors from previous years will receive a $10 discount. For all businesses (LLCs, Corps, etc.) attending WoodFest, we require a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) with Bethany Arts Community Inc. listed as the additional insured. For this year’s WoodFest, we are expanding and deepening our sustainability focus, we ask that you join us! Please no styrofoam or plastic wrapping, bags, bottles, giveaways or other single use giveaways; any waste producing activities or packaging must be recyclable or compostable. If you are interested in performing a wood-based demo at your table, let us know below so we can add you to the demo list for the day.After rolling application approval (usually 1 week after submission) via email from Lexi Rudley, BAC will invoice payment which will be due Thursday April 23, 2026 at Noon (We can take payment through check, cash + credit card (in-person), Venmo, Paypal, and/or Zelle). COIs will also be requested once application is approved and a sample COI will be sent, they are also due by Thursday April 23, 2026 at Noon.Space is limited & first come, first served, so apply early to save yours.
