As experienced students, you will continue to enhance your skills through individualized instruction, group demonstrations, and collaboration with fellow students. A solid understanding of throwing on the pottery wheel is expected. The specific clay and glazes utilized will be determined by the instructor. Working with clay is an art form that transcends age, connecting us to a realm of possibilities and self-discovery. When I ask my students, both young and old, why they are drawn to working with clay, their responses echo the universal appeal of this ancient medium. It is gooey, malleable, and possesses the remarkable ability to take on any shape. The cool, soft texture invites us to immerse ourselves in its endless potential.
