Pastel Painting

Thursday & Friday, December 3 & 4, 2026 from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM 2-day class fee $215 / $172 annual donors Students will learn techniques for successful pastel painting under the instruction of an experienced pastel artist, depicting portraits, and still life. Curriculum will consist of a selection of materials, with instructor de-mos of various pastel techniques. Students will work from a still life arranged by the instructor and from a photograph or still life that the stu-dent supplies. Beginners are welcome, as are experienced artists wishing to polish their skills. Mary will work with each student individually in their area of need. OR – funds may be applied to any other workshop of your choice during the current season. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations made less than one week prior to the start of the class.
