Join us for the first Official Afterparty of Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion! This is an exclusive event in an intimate setting at The Paramount Bristol, presented by Raising Cane’s! Date: Sunday, September 13, 2026 Time: 9 p.m. (Doors 8:30 p.m.) Location: Paramount Bristol Cost: $25 (includes applicable taxes/fees) Admission is included with the purchase of a VIP ticket. Separate ticket purchase is required for all festival GA ticket holders. GET TICKETS Johnny Mullenax, a Tulsa native, grew up in a musical family. He started playing the guitar at age five. In his teens, he followed his family to the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, Kans. In typical Johnny fashion, he showed up with just a guitar and ended up sleeping in a stand up bass case. Claiming wide-ranging influences from AC/DC and the Ramones to John Coltrane and Parliament, Johnny calls his genre-bending sound a funky country bluegrass good time! “Life is too short to play one style of music,” Mullenax says, “and if you have an opportunity to try something different then you should give it a shot.” Holy Roller is a Richmond, Va. based group quickly proving that they intend to be the new face of southern rock. Holy Roller has been dominating the east coast, selling out nearly every show over the last year, not to mention some outstanding performances that landed them as festival favorites at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion and Red Wing. Their sophomore album, “Good Religion” is out now, and boasts some seriously riff-heavy, yet deeply intimate songs that are best played L-O-U-D. Holy Roller is down home, and you best believe they’re good at it. Johnson City Tenn.-based pop-funk band Florencia & The Feeling formed in April of 2021, and has since been lighting up stages across the eastern U.S. with electrifying live shows bursting with joy, groove, and connection. Their infectious energy and genre-bending sounds have earned them top honors as winners of both the 2025 FloydFest On-The-Rise Competition and the 2024 MerleFest Band Competition, along with coveted spots at festivals including Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion, Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival, and Rooster Walk. Blending upbeat funky rhythms, heartfelt songwriting, soaring four-part harmonies, and a touch of jazz and Latin flair, Florencia & The Feeling create a sound uniquely their own.
