He laid down rhythm guitar on the 2004 debut Blues With A Vengeance, came back for the 2006 Telarc release Cold As Ice, and was still Hooker's touring guitarist in 2008 when All Odds Against Me drew a second nomination. Born Jeffrey James Horan, he built all of it out of the Bay Area, and Biscuits and Blues is where he brings it home.
