Yoga at Blandford

Join yoga instructors from Mindful School of Yoga for this Saturday series at Blandford! These indoor classes will incorporate posture, breath-work, and meditation in a room overlooking the forests of Blandford. You must bring your own yoga mat. We also suggest bringing a beach towel or blanket to lay your may upon. No previous experience necessary! Online registration for BNC yoga closes at 4 pm the day before the program. After this time, we will take walk-in registrations if space allows. Space is limited for the comfort and safety of participants. Please check in at the front desk of the Mary Jane Dockeray Visitor Center prior to 9:30 am to register and pay as a walk-in attendee. We cannot hold spots for yoga classes over the telephone. You must be present to register and pay after online registration closes. Cost: Non-Member: $15 Member (20% discount): $12 Note: This program is recommended for adults and children ages 13+. Younger children may attend if they are registered and supervised by a registered adult. This program will take place indoors.
