Afternoon Art: April 28

Picnic Ant Art  One Hundred Hungry Ants by Elinor J. Pinczes and Bonnie MacKain is an amusing book that also has a math connection about a group of ants headed to a picnic.  Picnic Ant Art  Tuesday, 3:30-4:30 p.m. Children ages 6 - 12 are invited to join us for creative art-making activities through a variety of media, from watercolor to clay. Each week features a famous artist, book, or theme to serve as inspiration and guidance for the art-making activity.
