Everyone brings with them whatever they need to lie on the floor comfortably and just listen with their eyes closed. The session starts with a brief talk about the current astrology and a guided relaxation meditation. Then, Ildi, with support from her husband, Erick, plays her singing bowls, gentle gong, chimes and does some vocal toning, to sooth the listener and alleviate stress and anxiety.
