Are you ready to explore your creative side? Need help getting started? Microsoft Visual Studio is a powerful integrated development environment (IDE) used by developers to build, test, and debug applications in various programming languages such as Python, C++, and C#. This workshop is designed to help students learn the fundamentals of Visual Studio, along with some intermediate tools and workflows to improve productivity. In the Beginners Workshop, you will learn how to: Understand what an IDE is and why Visual Studio is used Install and set up Visual Studio on your computer Create, open, and manage new projects Write and run simple Python programs Explore the Visual Studio interface (editor, console, and output windows) Use basic debugging tools (breakpoints, step through code, watch variables) Customize the environment with themes and extensions In the Intermediate Workshop, you will learn how to: Manage multiple files and projects in a solution Use Git integration for version control and collaboration Work with C++ or C# projects Add and manage extensions to boost productivity Understand and use IntelliSense for smarter coding Use advanced debugging and error-handling techniques Explore basic UI design tools and template   Join us for a Zoom workshop.
