Every Observation Tells a Story Join us for the 2026 Bok BioBlitz at Bok Tower Gardens as part of the global City Nature Challenge. Visitors are invited to explore the Pine Ridge Preserve and be a part of real scientific discovery. During the BioBlitz, guests are invited to use the free iNaturalist app to help document the diverse range of plants and animal that call the Gardens home. You might spot a butterfly, a bird, or a blooming wildflower! Whether you are a nature enthusiast or simply curious about the world around you, every observation helps support real scientific research. Participants who submit observations during the event will receive a commemorative BioBlitz button while supplies last. Participating is easy. Download the iNaturalist app and make an account. Take photos or record sounds of wild plants and animals. Upload your observations to share with the iNaturalist community. Learn more as your observations are identified.
