She trained in traditional sushi techniques under Master Sushi Chef Asai near the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo, Japan. As a personal chef, she has worked throughout the Harpers Ferry area for more than five years and loves being part of the community. In 2025, she and her family purchased their forever home in nearby Ranson and made the area their permanent home.
