Mountaintop Hike & Yoga

Join local instructor Julia McGrath for a guided mountain adventure that combines hiking, yoga, and some of the best views in Vermont. This unique experience begins with a scenic hike up Wilderness, one of Bolton Valley’s mountaintop viewpoints, followed by an all-levels yoga session surrounded by fresh mountain air and sweeping Green Mountain views. Designed for all ability levels, Mountaintop Hike + Yoga is the perfect opportunity to slow down, move your body, and connect with nature. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, Julia’s welcoming instruction creates an enjoyable and accessible experience for everyone. Please bring water, comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, and a yoga mat. The experience lasts approximately three hours.
