About the event Join us for an oyster shucking workshop where we'll learn to shuck oysters harvested locally in Plymouth! Owner and local oyster farmer, Connor, will provide everything you need to guide you through how to shuck oysters. He'll bring oysters fresh from his farm and share his experiences growing the oysters you're tasting.
