@ The purpose of this engagement is: 1) Gather community feedback on the two shaded benches installed as part of the NO HEAT project along the Northern Strand Trail. 2) Solicit community input about future locations and types of heat-mitigating interventions they would like to see in Everett in the future. 3) Engage with and provide education for the community about extreme heat for active transportation, the takeaways from the NO HEAT research, and the safety considerations for staying cool in hot weather.
