Art-Bathing Series - Light Light shapes so much of how we experience the world, affecting what we see and how we feel. Between Light and Shadow is a workshop inviting participants to explore that space where light and shadow meet within, a quiet practice of witnessing ourselves through mark, image, and contrast.
