Carnival of the Animals

The Bozeman Symphony's free Community Concerts introduce audiences of all ages to the joy of live orchestral music. Created especially for families, these engaging performances inspire curiosity, spark imagination, and nurture a lifelong love of music in a welcoming, interactive setting.Before and after each public concert, families are invited to visit the popular Instrument Petting Zoo, where children can see, touch, and even try real orchestral instruments with guidance from knowledgeable volunteers. For many young visitors, it's their first opportunity to hold a violin, blow into a brass instrument, or discover the unique sounds of the orchestra, and often the moment that inspires them to begin their own musical journey.
