Poets of any level are invited to register at the BACA Gallery where you will select a work of art on exhibit that will serve to inspire your poem. Then write a poem and submit it to poetlaureate@branford-ct.gov with the subject line “BACA”. Free in-person registration for this event must be completed by Saturday, March 21st at the BACA Gallery. Branford’s Poet Laureate Judith Liebmann will be available at the Blackstone Memorial Library on Thursday, March 12th from 5 PM to 7 PM for anyone wishing to workshop your piece with her. On Saturday, March 28th from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM you will have the opportunity to share your original work with Judith Liebmann, fellow poets, and event attendees.
