Each day we'll feature a unique waffle—either made with one of our handcrafted beers or thoughtfully paired with one for the perfect match. Whether you're a hardcore Waffleista or simply waffle-curious, join us for a full week of sweet and savory creations worth celebrating. Waffle Week 2026 Wednesday 8/19 ¡El Vibrante! Waffle “The Vibrant One” is a cheddar jalapeño waffle made with 417 Light Lager and topped with a zesty pico de gallo. Served with a black bean and corn salsa. Topped with avocado cream butter. Recommended Pairing: 417 Light Lager Thursday 8/20 The Forrest Gump Waffle Pepper jack cheese and grits waffle made with Joann IPA and topped with cajun shrimp, sweet chili sauce, dill pickle butter and corn salsa. Recommended Pairing: Joann IPA Friday 8/21 Huli Huli Cherry Razz Waffle As fun to say as it is to eat. A cheddar/jack cornbread Cherry Razz waffle topped with Huli Huli BBQ pulled pork & pineapple cole slaw. Recommended Pairing: Cherry Razz Ale Saturday 8/22 The Southern Comfort Waffle A hearty and sweet taste of the South. A sweet potato, Hefeweizen and ricotta waffle with fried chicken, hash browns peach rosemary butter. Smothered with maple apple rum sauce. Recommended Pairing: Hefeweizen or Me & You Raspberry Sour Sunday 8/23 Le Benny Classique Waffle Inspired by our friends to the North. Eggs benedict complete with a Pilsner infused waffle topped with a poached egg, Canadian bacon, and our Pilsner hollandaise sauce Recommended Pairing: Pilsner or 417 Light Lager Monday 8/24 The New York Minute Waffle Think Manhattan deli without the traffic or yelling. An Everything Bagel Pale Ale Waffle, red onion, tomatoes, capers, smoked salmon, whipped chive cream cheese. Recommended Pairing: Pale Ale, 417 Light Lager or a Cup of Coffee
