From Bryant Street Market

A breath-centered vinyasa class woven with strength, right in the heart of Bryant Street Market. All levels welcome. Join Kindred Vitality for a 60 minute Vitality Flow class at The Bevy, Bryant Street Market’s own indoor community space. Vitality Flow is a breath centered vinyasa practice with strength woven throughout, built to meet you wherever you are on the mat. Led by Brittany Hill, RYT-200 and founder of Kindred Vitality LLC, this class is rooted in the belief that strength grows in community. Whether you’re a longtime practitioner or stepping onto a mat for the first time, you’ll leave grounded, energized, and connected. This is the first in what we hope becomes a regular monthly gathering at Bryant Street, so come be part of building it from the start. Flow Together, Grow Stronger. @kindredvitalityyoga
