Thursday, August 20 | Noon Coe Auditorium Take flight into the remarkable story of aviation in the Big Horn Basin during this special Local Lore presentation with historian Bob Richard. Discover how pioneering aviators John and Ray Elgin helped shape the region’s aviation history, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire generations. Following the presentation, join officials from the Wyoming Aviation Hall of Fame for a special induction ceremony honoring John and Ray Elgin’s lasting contributions to Wyoming aviation. Featured speakers include Bob Richard, Chuck Walker, Mike McCue, and representatives of the Wyoming Aviation Hall of Fame. Admission is free and open to the public.
