Led by Camille Stuart, founder of Grip with Grace, the morning begins with 45 minutes of all-levels mat Pilates — breath, strength and movement designed to meet you where you are. From there, the experience expands beyond the mat: a full breakfast buffet, your first brunch cocktail or mocktail on us, a live DJ, music, and time to actually enjoy the people around you.
