Tai Chi in the Wild

Join us for our Tai Chi class on Wednesday, December 16, at 6 p.m. surrounded by the sounds of nature, immersed in the healing environment of Busch Wildlife Sanctuary. Rooted in ancient tradition, Tai Chi is a flowing movement meditation that harmonizes body, mind, and breath. Through slow, intentional movement and guided awareness, you will learn to move with ease, stability, and flow, all while reducing stress and increasing balance. Tai Chi is a health & longevity exercise that anyone can practice. Some postures are named after animals like Crane Spread its Wings, Grasp the Sparrows Tail, Repulse Monkey, Return Tiger to Mountain and Snake Creeps Down, Registration is $20 per person and spaces are limited. Advance registration required. Bring your own water bottle, and anything else you need to support your practice. Please wear comfy clothing to allow you to move with ease.
