Grab a friend and your yoga mat and prepare for an hour of relaxation! Class led by Kat Harmon or one of the Sol Harmony Crew members. All levels welcome. Class will take place in The Kettle Room during colder months & inclement weather. During the warmer months, class will take place on the loading doc, just outside the Kettle Room. Class begins at 11:00am. Please arrive with enough time to park and make your way to the space. Class will conclude at 12:00pm.
