(Master Naturalist Advanced Training) Join the Wisconsin Wetlands Association and Museum Naturalist Emily Stone to journey to one of Wisconsin’s highest quality watersheds: the headwaters of Bull Gus Creek, a tributary to the Bad River. Learn about the importance of beavers in helping maintain upper watershed wetlands for capturing runoff, recharging groundwater, and supporting trout and wildlife habitat while exploring several different kinds of wetlands. Participants must be able to navigate rugged terrain. You don’t have to be a certified Master Naturalist to participate! Any adult learners are welcome.
