(Master Naturalist Advanced Training) Join local birder Dr. John Mundahl and naturalist Emily Stone for a float through prime bird habitat along the Namekagon River. We will help participants learn to distinguish common birdsongs with or without actually seeing our feathered friends. Participants must provide their own (non-aluminum) canoe or kayak and shuttle. Meet at the put-in on County Road M . You’ll need to have your own shuttle waiting at Phillipi Landing in Cable. You don’t have to be a certified Master Naturalist to participate!
