Outdoors

Our beautiful orange-and-black monarch butterflies are on the decline, but there are things you can do to help! Museum volunteer and Monarch Joint Venture board chair Jan Sharp will help us understand what’s going on, share her data and experiences from 20 years of monitoring monarch caterpillars near Clam Lake, and offer easy actions everyone can do. We’ll start with pizza and appetizers, then begin the presentation at 6 p.m. Volunteer to receive free admission! Learn more and sign up for the kitchen assistant role here.
