Historian Emily Macgillivray will take us on a virtual tour around Lake Superior to sites that reveal the region’s Indigenous history. Through these places, we will better understand the sovereign Anishinaabe nations of the region, treaty rights, and how history continues to shape life around Lake Superior. Join us at 6:30 p.m. at the Sawmill Saloon. Arrive early to enjoy dinner and drinks! Pre-registration appreciated, drop-ins welcome. Cost: $10 member/$15 non-member
