Express the intricate patterns of flowers on a microscopic scale! We’ll use magnifying glasses and giant, projected and printed images from a digital microscope to see fascinating details within our local blooms. After a brief presentation about flowers by a Museum Naturalist, professional artist Diana Randolph of Once in a Blue Moon Studio will instruct and demonstrate as we draw using the art elements of line, shading, and color. Meet at the Pavilion at 10 a.m. and finish by 3 p.m. Bring your lunch and favorite drawing materials or use some materials the instructor will have available.
