Got the basics of using the internet? Now it’s time to find Hidden Gems of the Internet. Join us for this free event for adults where we will explore trusted websites, uncover fascinating resources, and learn how to find reliable information online. We will hold the same program twice: at Patrick Henry Memorial Library in Brookneal on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.; and at Staunton River Memorial Library in Altavista on Thursday, Nov. 12, 10 – 11 a.m. For more information, contact Miranda Lawhorn at 434-313-3106 or [email protected]. Campbell County welcomes individuals of all abilities to participate in our programs and activities and does not discriminate based on disability. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable an individual’s participation in a program or activity, as long as they meet eligibility requirements. To request an accommodation, contact Jordan Welborn at least 7 days prior to the activity date at [email protected] or 434-332-9657.
