Sheltering Our Homeless Neighbors and Caring for Their Needs Join us for a networking breakfast at the Camphill Café from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Jessica Chappell, Executive Director of Safe Harbor of Chester County, will speak on the topic of “Sheltering Our Homeless Neighbors and Caring for Their Needs” before we break into open discussion.
