The lineup features the Charleston Pipe Band, Charleston Scottish Country Dancers, O'Keefe Irish Dancers, Moonlight Ale, The Porterboys, Carol Brown, and more, with free bagpipe and drum lessons, a silent auction, spirits tasting, and food trucks rounding out the day.
