Join naturalist and author Peter Trull for birding field classes exploring the water’s edge and forested trails of Bell’s Neck Conservation Lands, the intertidal habitats of Red River Beach, and the re-wilded Cold Brook Preserve. We will search for migratory birds ranging from songbirds to herons, raptors to waterfowl. Discover the habits and life histories of each species and observe their foraging behaviors as they build up fat stores for their upcoming journeys. Birding enthusiasts from all experience levels are welcome. Please bring binoculars.
