MAIN HALL–Grange Hall Maintenance committee working meeting

The Hall Maintenance committee will meet to do several regular maintenance tasks, and discuss ongoing scheduling and tracking of those tasks and others. Tasks to accomplish, and to demonstrate to all: Change prefilters in Main Hall and Lower Level Iso-Aire air purifiers Change filter in Main Hall ERV Change filter in pellet furnace Change water filter Check pellet level in outdoor storage tank Transfer automatic ash removal tank contents to disposal bin We will also be discussing best ways to track regular completion of these tasks, when done by a variety of volunteers, including online tools. In addition, we’ll discuss other areas of the Hall and its driveway and parking lot that need monitoring, and preventive maintenance work that can save us money, down-time and aggravation in the future.
