Bound to Read: Night Owl and Early Bird (Gr. K-2, In-Person)

Bound to Read introduces young readers to carefully selected picture books and early readers that spark imagination, build vocabulary and support early literacy skills. This session we will be reading: Night Owl and Early Bird. Early Bird wants to be brave and protect the castle, just like Knight Owl. But she falls asleep on the job and then keeps her hero up during the day with her enthusiastic chattiness and well-meaning questions. There are strange happenings in the forest, and soon Knight Owl and Early Bird find themselves in the throes of danger. Grades K-2
