One More Chapter: Final Season (In-Person)

Join us to discuss Tim Green's moving football story, Final Season, based on the author's own battle with ALS. With a former NFL star for a father, it is only natural for sixth-grade quarterback Benjamin Redd to follow in his footsteps. However, after his dad receives a heartbreaking ALS diagnosis--connected to all those hard hits and tackles he took on the field--Ben's mom becomes determined to get Ben to quit football. As Ben watches the toll ALS takes on his dad's body, he also begins to question if this should be his final season. A free copy of Final Season will be given to those who register, while supplies last. Grades 5-8
