August 3-7 Golden Camp: Celebrating Kpop Demon Hunters, Ages 6-10 Monday - Friday 10am-1pm   $295 early bird price / $345 after April 1st   August 10-14 Movie Musicals, Ages 9-14 Monday - Friday 9am-3pm,   $595 early bird price / $645 after April 1st   These fun and engaging camps led by experienced music educators teach acting skills, movement, how to bring characters to life and develop stage presence while building confidence. Students will learn and perform songs, scenes and dances in small break out groups and one large group altogether to create a show. Themed daily art projects will include prop decorating and designing poster boards, followed by movement activities & fun games. Each session ends with a performance for family & friends on Friday! (12:30pm Friday for Golden Camp: Celebrating Kpop Demon Hunters, 2pm Friday for Movie Musicals).   Please pack a water bottle, snack and lunch for your child.   Cancellation policy: You may  cancel 6 weeks or more in advance of the camp start date in order to receive a refund. There will be a $75 processing fee for each camp cancellation.      Kayla Paige Fuhst a former middle and elementary school teacher, Kayla has extensive experience working with students of all ages, diverse backgrounds, and varying skill levels.  She is an honors graduate from the University of Connecticut, where she received her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, along with a B.S. in Education and a B.A. in Music. She’s performed at Alvin Ailey Studios in NYC and Tarrytown Music Hall, has music directed children’s theatre productions. As a songwriter, Kayla’s original songs have aired on the radio, and she’s opened for Bernie Williams at the Paramount Theatre     Kurt Robert Stoodt is a musician and educator, whose musical knowledge extends through many avenues. As a multi-instrumentalist with proficiency on upright and electric bass, piano, guitar, clarinet, trumpet, and violin, he performs in various venues, with genres ranging from classical to rock, jazz, and pop. In addition to instruments, he has also found a passion for beatboxing! He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he received a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Through his experiences as a former elementary school teacher and Army National Guard bandsmen, he has become a well-rounded educator.
