Listening Within: A Morning Retreat

Image above courtesy of Welltress Living Company Sunday November 8, 9:30am-12:30pm This is the third in a series of seasonal art and healing events in collaboration with Welltress, a modern healing house founded by New Canaan local, Tara Turner Lockhart. Hear. Release. Restore. One unhurried Sunday morning at the Carriage Barn. The body speaks constantly, through tension and tiredness, yet few of us were ever taught how to listen. Over one unhurried Sunday morning, Dr. Lilia Gorodinsky guides you inward to notice what your body is signaling and what it needs, through muscle testing and gentle work across the emotional, spiritual, and somatic. Three hours. One morning. A return to yourself. Small by intention, so each gathering can hold you. Not a substitute for medical advice. Mats, blankets and pillows are provided. --- $250 per person Register here: https://www.welltress.com/event-details-registration/listening-within-a-morning-retreat Cancellation Policy – Refunds can be issued if requested more than 2 weeks before the class starts, minus a $20 processing fee. Dr. Gorodinsky is board certified in Family Practice and NeuroMusculoSkeletal Medicine with a special proficiency in osteopathic manipulation and cranial osteopathy. She has also completed here acupuncture training, advance PRP/prolotherapy training, perineural therapy and has extensive training in nutrition including IV therapy. Welltress, a Welltress Living Company and modern healing house founded by Tara Turner Lockhart, is partnering with the Carriage Barn Arts Center, for a series of seasonal art and healing gatherings beginning in October 2026.
