Tension in the shoulders. A knot that won’t release. Often, the body is telling us something about the people and situations we carry with us. In this evening session, Dr. Lilia Gorodinsky helps you read your body’s signals and understand what its pain may be holding. Then, using a simple and surprisingly powerful stick-figure drawing practice, you’ll map a difficult relationship on paper and begin to loosen the conflict at its root. No artistic skill needed — only a pen and a willingness to see things differently. $65 per person Register here: https://www.welltress.com/event-details-registration/welltress-what-the-body-knows Cancellation Policy – Refunds can be issued if requested more than 2 weeks before the class starts, minus a $20 processing fee. Dr. Gorodinsky is board certified in Family Practice and NeuroMusculoSkeletal Medicine with a special proficiency in osteopathic manipulation and cranial osteopathy. She has also completed here acupuncture training, advance PRP/prolotherapy training, perineural therapy and has extensive training in nutrition including IV therapy. Welltress, a Welltress Living Company and modern healing house founded by Tara Turner Lockhart, is partnering with the Carriage Barn Arts Center, for a series of seasonal art and healing gatherings beginning in October 2026.
