Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the flavors of fall at Apples & Ale! Chef Tony Gerald of Collision Course will curate an exquisite multi-course dining experience, with each dish thoughtfully and artfully crafted to showcase the apple in delicious and unexpected ways. But the experience doesn’t stop with the food. Each course will be paired with a specially crafted cocktail, designed to complement the flavors of the menu, along with a seasonal fall ale.
