A Will Eisner Week Celebration Sunday, March 15, 2026 3pm to 5pm Free and Open to the Public Event in the Cartoon Art Museum's Bil Keane Family Lobby The Cartoon Art Museum celebrates Will Eisner Week and pays homage to one of the most innovative and influential cartoonists in history on Sunday, March 15, 2026 with The Spirit of Graphic Novels, a gathering of local cartoonists who will celebrate "The Champion of the Graphic Novel" with an artist meet-and-greet and signing that brings together five creators celebrating their latest publications and their love of graphic novels. Our special guests include Nadine Takvorian, whose debut graphic novel Armaveni is featured in the Cartoon Art Museum's Emerging Artist Showcase exhibition space; Shaenon K. Garrity and her latest graphic novel Steam, illustrated by newcomer Emily Holden; and comics collective Triple Dream Comics consisting of Lauren Davis, Mel Hilario and Katie Longua, who will be showcasing their middle grade graphic novel Agent Cupcake. This event is free and open to the public and takes place in the Cartoon Art Museum's Bil Keane Family Lobby.
