Meaning Making Through Art Therapy – LGBTQ+ adults

Cascadia clients who are LGBTQ+ are invited to our new art therapy group! Together, we’ll think about social justice and how we can use art to make meaning even as we balance worry, uncertainty, and the challenges we face. Each week, we’ll have suggested themes and topics to inspire you, but all artistic engagement outside of those suggestions is welcome. No experience is necessary and all supplies are provided.
