Join us for Open Cockpit Day on Saturday, September 5th, 2026! Gates Open at 8:30am. This Fall Open Cockpit Day will be featuring our F-106A Delta Dart, a Mach 2 air-to-air inceptor built to hunt Soviet bombers. Fun for the whole family, at your local Castle Air Museum! Experience over 70 years of aviation history up close and in-person, with many of our aircraft open for viewing. Castle features the most complete collection of Bombers on the West Coast, including some of the rarest preserved bombers in the nation, like the Douglas B-18 Bolo, Douglas B-23 Dragon, Convair B-36 Peacemaker, North American B-45 Tornado, Boeing B-50 Superfortress, and Convair B-58 Hustler. Live Music by the Southside Boomers Beer Garden provided by Winton VFW K-9 Unit onsite from Merced County Sheriff Plane-talk with retired pilots, veterans, maintainers, and more Great eats from local vendors Military/Police/Fire/EMS demonstrations PRE-SALE Tickets available now!
