The funk hits full force at our 15th Anniversary Party with the soulful sounds of Big Wave Dave and the Ripples! This dynamic eight-piece band has been bringing the groove since 2010, earning a loyal following with their electrifying live shows and rich, horn-laced arrangements. Led by powerhouse vocalist Dave Adams, the Ripples Alex Nordehn, Alex Piazza, Peter Knutson, Brian Wells, David Rode, Matt Wasmund, and Scott Millis have played everywhere from First Avenue to the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra stage. Whether it’s backing Chuck Leavell (Rolling Stones, Allman Brothers) or lighting up local favorites like the North Star Comedy Hour, Big Wave Dave and the Ripples bring serious soul and undeniable fun
