Stay Balanced and ready for the river during the off season! Tai Chi is a Chinese internal martial art practice that focuses on balance, strength and stability. A moving meditation that promotes relaxation and lowers stress. This is a beginners class. Saturdays October 17 - November 21 9 am-10 am in the Wulff Gallery. Open to everyone ages 12 and up.
