This performance of Theatre in the Park takes place at Gaisman Park. Theatre in the Park is a free family event presented by Cazateatro Bilingual Theatre Group. Join us outdoors for The Ant and Mr. Q, a bilingual play for all ages. Bring kids, a blanket or lawn chairs, and enjoy live theatre in the park. Admission is free. The performance is family-friendly, outdoors, and in English and Spanish. About the play Legend has it that the first inhabitants of Mesoamerica, including the Aztecs, survived by feeding only on roots and the animals they were able to hunt. Witnessing their struggle, the god Quetzalcóatl decided to help humanity. Guided by a small but brave ant, he embarked on a journey full of challenges to find a new source of nourishment—one that would satisfy their hunger and change their destiny forever.
