Vineyard Vinyasa- September

Start off with a one-hour long yoga class that will be appropriate for all levels and end it with a glass of wine to help relax even further! Ticket includes class, and glass of wine. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. In case of rain, depending on class size, it may be moved indoors or onto the porch, or we may reschedule to the following Sunday.
