@ Welcome to Sundays with Hitch! Join us for our continuing screening series celebrating the work of the Master of Suspense, Alfred Hitchcock. From beloved classics to overlooked gems, Sundays with Hitch offers the chance to experience Hitchcock’s films as they were meant to be seen: on the big screen, in a darkened theater. Each screening will begin with a 15-minute introduction featuring production stories, historical context, and behind-the-scenes insights that reveal how Hitchcock developed his singular style over the course of his remarkable career. Immerse yourself in a world of suspense, wit, psychological intrigue, and masterful filmmaking—and discover why Hitchcock’s work continues to captivate audiences decades later. Introductions will last 15 minutes before each feature presentation. Dr. Ben McKenna (James Stewart) is on vacation with his wife (Doris Day) and son in Morocco when a chance encounter with a stranger sets their trip, and their lives, on a drastically different course. The stranger, killed in front of the family in the marketplace, reveals an assassination plot to the Americans. The couple’s son is abducted in order to ensure the plot is kept secret, and suddenly the mother and father, with no help from the police, must figure out a way to get their child back.
