Clay Dates: Hand Building 1 Night Class Saturday, September 26 6 - 8 pm $68 CAE Members / $75 Non-members Minimum Students: 3 / Maximum Students: 10 Unwind, sip, and get your hands in the clay. Clay Dates: Hand Building is a laid-back, creative night out where you can slow down, play, and make something uniquely yours. Perfect for beginners, date nights, or a fun evening with friends, this one-night class introduces you to the magic of shaping clay by hand. You’ll explore techniques like pinching, coiling, and slab-building while our instructors guide you step-by-step—no experience needed. Expect a relaxed, social atmosphere where creativity flows and perfection takes a back seat. Come ready to experiment, get a little messy, and enjoy the process. What you'll get: 2 hours of guided hand-building instruction 2 complimentary glasses of wine or beer Glazing and firing of your finished piece (completed by our instructors after class) Finished work available for pickup in 2–3 weeks All skill levels are welcome, and all materials and equipment are provided.
